A quick and easy CBT tool. The app provides a way to view situations outside of self, acknowledge feelings, recognize the negative thinking that create those feelings, and then reframe. iCBT could not be easier to use and is a wonderful way to decrease automatic negative thoughts. It can also be used in conjunction with therapeutic CBT* to journal homework or by anyone who wants to improve automatic thoughts.
